- 250 g of ground almonds
- 200 g of icing sugar
- 4 eggs
- Lemon zest
- Butter and flour to grease the molds


- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease the molds with butter and flour.
- Beat the eggs with the icing sugar until they are foamy.
- Add the ground almonds and lemon zest and mix well.
- Distribute the dough into the molds, filling them halfway.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden.
- Let it cool on a rack and carefully unmold.
- And your almond marquises are ready! You can sprinkle them with icing sugar or decorate them with candied fruits. Take advantage!
