Shipments are made on business days, neither Saturdays nor Sundays, nor national or local holidays, both of origin and destination, are within the deadlines.

NATIONAL
All shipments to mainland Spain and Portugal are sent as"Economy"and will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours from the time of shipment. Shipping will be made the day after placing the order. It will be delivered before 7:00 p.m., unless there are incidents (in which case we will try to communicate the delay if possible).
The shipping cost is €5, but if the order is over €50 shipping is FREE.
Orders will be sent directly from www.peeler.es through its logistics operators.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands have a cost in relation to the total weight of the shipment. The website calculates it when configuring the order. The reception period to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands is an additional 24-72 hours, provided that weather conditions allow it.
You can pay with POS, Paypal, Bank transfer or Cash on delivery. Cash on delivery has a surcharge of €3 on the total value of the shipment.
Peeler Shop is not responsible for any delays that may occur in delivery resulting from the client's absence at home, errors or omissions in the indicated delivery address or causes of force majeure that could affect delivery such as labor strikes. transportation or inclement weather.
In the event that there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the indicated delivery address, an attempt will be made to leave a notice with a telephone number that can be called to confirm what time the merchandise can be delivered. INTERNATIONAL
Shipments abroad have a cost in relation to the total weight of the shipment. The website calculates it when configuring the order. The reception period abroad is 2-10 days from the time of shipment, depending on the destination country.

RETURNS
If you find a defective product in the order received, you must contact peelershop@gmail.com.
You may return the merchandise to us as long as you communicate your intention within 14 days of receiving the order and as long as the packaging is in optimal condition and no part of the product has been used or worn. To do this you must contact us at peelershop@gmail.com.
As long as the return is due to product defects, Peeler Shop assumes the shipping costs incurred for the return. You can replace it or replace it with other items by sending photos of the defective item to peelershop@gmail.com.

REFUND AND DEADLINES
The right of withdrawal can be exercised during the 30 calendar days immediately following receipt of the order. After this period, the ordered product is under warranty and can only be repaired or exchanged, but not returned.
In the event that the consumer and user has exercised the right of withdrawal before shipping the merchandise, a transfer of the full amount will be made within a period of 2-3 business days.
