Objectives: Promote PELAMATIC's digital internationalization through the development and optimization of its presence on international marketplaces, improving its positioning and ability to attract customers in foreign markets.
Results obtained: PELAMATIC's digital internationalization strategy has been defined through the analysis of international marketplaces, the identification of opportunities and competitors, the selection of priority products, and the establishment of a roadmap for its implementation on Amazon and Alibaba.
