(CLOSED) Rules of the #retoPelamatic giveaway on TikTok

The contest consists of creating and uploading an original video to the Tik Tok platform and creating a duo with the video from Pelamatic (organizing company), where the participant appears peeling an apple with a knife.
All people over 18 years of age who reside in Spain and who have a valid email account can participate.
Each contestant may send only one video per call. It is a requirement that the participant be a follower of the @pelamatic TikTok account. The video cannot be modified with any time accelerator, nor contain any video editing. Videos that contain images or sounds that are offensive, violent, discriminatory or that violate copyright will not be accepted.
The deadline for sending videos will be one week, starting on 06/28/2023 (when the video is uploaded) and ending on 07/05/2023 at 1:00 p.m. Videos received after the deadline will not enter the contest. The draw will be held the same day the challenge ends, starting at 1:00 p.m.
All the videos received , they will be considered participants and will enter a drawing to choose the winner of a Domestic Orange Peeler. The draw will be carried out through a random computer system and the result will be communicated by private message through Tik Tok and other means such as email, if the user has it published in their profile.
The winner of the draw will have a period of 15 days to accept the prize and provide their personal and shipping information. If you do not do so, it will be understood that you renounce the prize and a new draw will be held.
Once these personal and shipping data have been received, the Domestic Orange Peeler will be sent through a parcel company, with shipping paid by Pelamatic.
In the event that any user can peel the apple faster than the Orange Peeler of the video, you will be entered into the draw for: 1 Domestic Orange Peeler + 1 Zuminstant, both for the winner of the draw.
The conditions that this video must meet are to make a duo with the Pelamatic video, without using any type of video accelerator or editing, and upload it to Tik Tok.
The draw between those who have managed to peel the apple faster than the Domestic Orange Peeler will be carried out in the same way as indicated in POINT 5.
The winner of the draw will have a period of 15 days to accept the prize and provide their personal and shipping information. If you do not do so, it will be understood that you renounce the prize and a new draw will be held.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other products or services. Shipping costs will be borne by the company organizing the contest.
Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules and the transfer of the image and intellectual property rights of the videos sent to the contest organization, which may use them for promotional or commercial purposes without any compensation.
The company organizing the contest reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contest for justified reasons, without implying any responsibility for the participants.
The company organizing the contest will process the personal data of the participants in accordance with current regulations on data protection, and will only use them for the management of the contest and the delivery of the prizes.
