The company has experience in online sales and international markets, developing products focused on efficiency, ease of use, and improving food preparation processes. במסגרת the project, PELAMATIC is driving its digital internationalization strategy through the analysis and development of sales channels on international marketplaces.
Objectives:
Promote PELAMATIC's digital internationalization through the development and optimization of its presence on international marketplaces, improving its positioning and ability to attract customers in foreign markets.
Results obtained: PELAMATIC's digital internationalization strategy has been defined through the analysis of international marketplaces, the identification of opportunities and competitors, the selection of priority products, and the establishment of a roadmap for its implementation on Amazon and Alibaba.
